Job Description • Provide technical assistance to client through voice call, email and chat • Interpret request onshore counterparts needs and provide resolution to ensure quality of service • Attend to client request and bridge it to the development team • Confirm output quality of functional design • Review translation quality
Job Qualifications • Proficiency Japanese and English Language
• Graduate of Computer Science, IT or any related course
• N1 to N3 Passer or Level 1 to level 3
• Knowledge in MS OFFICE Suite, Office 365, Active directory, Hardware and software
• Good troubleshooting skills
• ITIL Certificate is an advantage
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years helpdesk experience
