Job Description BRANCH MANAGER -Responsible for the total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures in support to company vision, mission, and values -Provide sound leadership for the branch -Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options -Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making an initial presentation; understanding account requirements and recommending solutions. -Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining service capabilities; overcoming Connections; preparing contracts. -Responds to all customer concerns and request promptly with enthusiasm and accuracy -Maintains professional and technical knowledge of GS Services in order to effectively communicate company capabilities to existing new prospects. -Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competition and reactions from accounts -Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing a report; making recommendations to the management. -Promotes GR Brand service through various networking activities such as attendance to exhibits, conventions, trade shows, etc. -Prepares and timely submission of reports, presentations, and other documents relating to function. -Performs other tasks as delegated by the Immediate Head & Division Head. -Ensure compliance of company policies and other legal requirements. -Proactive in all auxiliary duties and responsibilities.
Job Qualifications -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-At least 6 Years of working experience in Sales and Marketing/Operation field.
-Advance knowledge in Sales and Marketing principles & strategies
-With Good communication and interpersonal skills
