Job Description -The candidate should possess the qualifications below. - Able to speak, read and write in Spanish language. - Graduate of BS in Accountancy or BS Management Accounting. - With relevant experience in general accounting. - With experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Financial Files - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Keen to details and high level of accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word - QuickBooks knowledge is an advantage - Excellent English communication skills
Job Qualifications Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and, email in English and Spanish
Ensure customer requests and complaints are managed in a timely and efficient manner
Provide world-class customer service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
Other duties as assigned
