Job Description Respond to emails and phone calls Prepare and organize database and reports Handle confidential employer and client information Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
Job Qualifications The candidate should possess the qualifications below.
- Able to speak, read and write in Spanish language.
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy or BS Management Accounting.
- With relevant experience in general accounting.
- With experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Financial Files
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen to details and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word
- QuickBooks knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
Highest Education Attainment At least Highschool Graduate
