Job Description We are a leading provider of business services to the USA. We are actively hiring talented and motivated individuals to join our growing team here in Mandaue! JOB SUMMARY: Answers technical support tickets, live chats and phone calls. Specializes in answering high-level inquiries. Assist team lead with on-going agent training. Reports critical KPI’s to Team Lead. Resolves customer concerns by clarifying issues, researching, investigating and providing seamless customer support using different platforms. Maintains customer relationship management system by documenting and updating customer interactions. Refers unresolved customer concerns or special requests to designated departments or teams for proper handling. Contributes to company goals by accomplishing individual targets. Participate and perform special tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications Minimum of 2-4 years experience.
Experience with SugarCRM & Salesforce preferred.
Strong comprehension of english. Speaking, writing and comprehension.
Candidates should at least finish 2 years in college.
We accept High School graduates or college undergrads but require 1 year BPO experience.
Willing to work USA hours (3rd shift).
Regular and reliable attendance.
