Job Description About the role: You will be responsible for making financial reports including balance sheet and cash flow statement, account management, and CAM reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: • Track Agency Income and Expenses • Enter Data into QuickBooks • Calculate Security Deposit Charge Backs • Assist clients with any administrative tasks they need help with
Job Qualifications Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role in BPO
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills

Non-negotiable requirements
• Stable Internet Connection (at least 8 Mbps) with unlimited bandwidth or fiber
• Laptop or Computer with Webcam (i5 processor, 8GB RAM, OS: Windows 10, If Mac: 2017 model or above)
• Cebu residents only
