Job Description • Respond to all telephone calls from clients and advisors by providing account information regarding product information, procedures, tax, transaction and investments • Identify and solve problems based on the customer needs. Follow-up customer calls when necessary and resolve or negotiate solutions to customer issues. • Manage time effectively within a high volume schedule and structured work environment • Document and track significant participant discussions or complaints. • Process non-financial requests such as address changes, name changes and corrections on systems over the phone and route calls to other departments as needed
Job Qualifications • At least 2nd year college with 1 year solid international BPO experience handling Financial and/or Insurance account or Non-BPO experience handling financial/Insurance job.
• Above average English communication skills
• Amenable to work in Cebu
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules, render over time if needed and during holidays.
• Must have good customer service skills, problem solving skills and analytical skills.
• Must be a good team player, collaborative and adaptive.
• Must have commitment to work.
Compensation 15,000 - 27,000
