Job Description Job Overview/ Description We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a deep understanding of the medical field. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potentials clients. You will be the liaison between our patients and medical staff electronically.  The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a professional image when answering and directing calls in a proficient manner, communicating professionally with Practitioners and Global clients.
Job Qualifications Requirements
Well spoken – solid communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with computers
Must have a passion for client/ patient experience
Ability to answer the telephone with a professional & polite manner
Able to Multitask with excellent organization skills
Motivated with an open-minded perspective
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
High understanding of PHIA and other Privacy Standards
Discretion, Good judgment & understanding of patient needs
Capability to analyze information to determine underlying needs of the customer/ patient
40 WPM Typing
Medical background an asset
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records an asset
Individuals with a Medical Background will be given preference
Customer service experience a must
Compensation 25000
