Job Description • Upselling to current clients to maximize the lead volume/turnover • Develop further, relationships already built with current clients • Preparation of weekly reports for management • Keep up to date with current industry and competitor activity. • Maintain our customer base by ensuring accounts assigned are properly maintained and serviced • Respond to customer’s need, complaints and inquiries in professional manner • Analyze competitor, market trend, and customer base in order to formulate sales & marketing strategy • Maintain & develop customer database • Market intelligence • Identify key contacts and decision makers within a customer organization and develops strong relationships with those contacts • Own the relationship with the customer and is responsible for the overall health/status of the relationship • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the products, content and solutions including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition • Verifies customer’s problem and validates support team’s escalations • Can identify hot customer issues and deals with it appropriately (inform Supervisor)
Job Qualifications Certified experience in roles as: account manager roles, customer relationship managment
