Job Qualifications Overview of the role:
- Healthcare professionals is responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of all health services such as treatment, office visits, hospitalization, and quality services must be provided to the patients covered under the plan.
- Must be compassionate and can handle customers professionally, meet and exceeds all necessary health care and services.

Qualifications:
• High school graduates must have at least 6 months of customer service experience
• College undergraduates with complete 4 semesters and College fresh graduates are encouraged to apply even without customer service experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work in Cebu City
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• Willing to work night shift
• Detail oriented with a strong ability to work in a fast paced environment
